6. Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be returned in their original condition with tags and packaging intact. To initiate a return, please contact 01lattes_clown@icloud.com. Custom products, sale items, and gift cards are non-refundable. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
7. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. We ship worldwide with an estimated delivery time of 7–15 business days. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
8. Limitation of Liability
