All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We may offer free shipping on qualifying orders — any applicable thresholds will be displayed on the product or cart page.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. FluffCove is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages
